Netanyahu warned that Iran’s ambitions extend far beyond the region, with the country openly pursuing nuclear capabilities. He stressed that Iran’s goal includes blocking the United States and other global powers with nuclear weapons, a scenario that threatens international stability.
According to him, “It’s common knowledge that most of the Arab countries have shifted from seeing Israel as their great enemy to seeing Iran as the great enemy. They often hide it, but they recognize Israel as the one country in the Middle East that fought Iran. We fight Iran. Iran openly declares at the school to destroy us. We did not seek that conflict; they seek it. They openly say they will wipe out the Jewish state and openly say their goal is not merely the Jewish state but to conquer the Middle East and go beyond that.”
“Also, block the United States with nuclear weapons. So, in resisting this and taking action against it, we are not only doing it for our own survival but also in the interest of many countries in the region, the U.S. interests as well. I think the interest for peace in the world: you don’t want a world where they have nuclear weapons and the means to deliver them.
