“Priority 3 focuses on enhancing agriculture to achieve food security by developing commodity value chains and providing infrastructure support. Priority 6 emphasizes education, health, and social investment as vital pillars of development,” Tinubu explained.

The president commended Brazil’s leadership in initiating the Global Alliance Against Hunger and Poverty, calling it “a bold and visionary move” to address global challenges.

He added, “This initiative offers a comprehensive approach not just to meeting immediate needs, but also to tackling the root causes of hunger and poverty.”

By partnering with international organizations, Tinubu emphasized Nigeria’s intention to “leverage best practices, innovative solutions, and financial support” to effectively combat hunger and poverty.
