BREAKING: Dogara claims Tinubu isn't in charge of eliminating subsidy

According to Yakubu Dogara, a former speaker of the House of Representatives, President Bola Tinubu did not eliminate the petroleum product subsidy. He claimed that even if the President declared that “subsidy is gone,” the policy had not been initiated by him. Dogara clarified that the National Assembly’s approved budget did not include a subsidy payment clause prior to Tinubu’s election.
