Diligent Nigerian actress Angela Okorie has started a new drama, this time directed against Regina Daniels, a former colleague who she previously adored but is now embroiled in Mercy Johnson’s smoldering rivalry. Angela Okorie has been on the offensive for some months now.
She has left no detail uncovered in her ferocious feud, accusing Mercy Johnson of witchcraft and making dark, damaging claims against her. On August 28, 2024, Mercy Johnson turned 40, and the situation escalated even further. Regina Daniels paid a moving homage to Mercy on her own Instagram page, which appeared to cut right through Angela’s already raw nerves.

This public declaration of love for Angela’s sworn enemy seemed to strike like a dagger to the heart, setting off a ferocious reaction. Evidently furious, Angela unleashed a barrage of hate on her Instagram story, heavily disparaging her once-cute junior colleague.
She thrust Regina back into the limelight of previous scandals, making sure everyone remembered the time Regina received harsh criticism for giving tone-deaf counsel to Nigerians. In a now-deleted Instagram post, Angela Okorie pointed out the bitter irony of Regina Daniels preaching that “Nigeria is good” while married to a man who is old enough to be her grandfather. She did so with a cutting sense of humor.
Regina received a scathing rebuke from Angela for giving Nigerians advice but apparently lacking the maturity to make the same decisions in her own life. Despite Angela Okorie’s lack of attribution, internet users quickly deduced that she was targeting Regina Daniels, the only well-known figure to wed a male of that age.
