Speaking in a video shared by Channels TV, George said according to a ruling by Justice Omotoso, Fubara’s actions did not legally constitute a proper budget presentation. He said the Amaewhule faction want Governor Fubara to formally “present” the budget to them for the first time. He argued that legally, no official budget has ever been submitted to the Rivers House of Assembly therefore it is incorrect to say Fubara should “re-present” the budget.
