Pastor Enoch Adeboye recently responded to critics who cast doubt on his ability to serve as a pastor by highlighting God’s omnipotence in spite of his own mortal limitations in a YouTube video. In an attempt to dispel rumors about his supposed shortcomings, the well-known priest said that although he is a human being who takes care of his physical requirements and eats pounded yam, God’s might is beyond human comprehension. Amidst criticisms leveled against him, Pastor Adeboye reaffirmed his faith in the omnipotence of God, describing Him as the “all-sufficient God” capable of overcoming every challenge and fulfilling every need. He urged believers to focus not on his humanity, but on the divine power that sustains and empowers them in their journey of faith.
