During his speech, he mentioned that while he served as the secretary to the Anambra State government, Mr. Peter Obi, the state’s former governor, purchased more than 400 SUVs for the state’s traditional leaders.

He continued, saying that one day a Traditional Ruler called to report that his SUV had crashed and that his driver had fallen asleep, locking the steering wheel at its highest speed. He stated that he saw the issue right away and instructed them to file a police report and make arrangements for the car to be

Mr Obaze went on and disclosed that he immediately called the CEO of Innoson Motors and explained the situation to him, and he (Obaze) suggested that they should recover the vehicle and dismantle it so as to know the cause of the accident.

He further noted Innoson Motors immediately proceeded as they agreed, and they eventually discovered that the accident was not as a result of steering lock, noting that Innoson Motors repaired the vehicle and gave a brand new SUV to the traditional ruler.

Mr. Oseloka made this disclosure in a post he made on his official X handle on Monday morning. He went on noted that in the end, the driver admitted that he probably slept when the car was moving.
