President Tinubu remains the finest candidate for the position, according to Senator Ogunlewe, who made this claim in a recent interview with Channels TV that Vanguard also covered.
It should be recalled that ahead of the 2023 presidential election, Senator Ogunlewe was Tinubu’s well-known supporter. He had said that Tinubu was the best man to handle the affairs of the country.
During the recent interview, Ogunlewe was asked if he still thinks Tinubu is the best man for the job. In his response to the question, Ogunlewe said that he still thinks so.
Ogunlewe said that if you have a plan, there are unpredictable factors that will come up to sabotage those plans. He said that is what is happening in the country now, and that Nigerians should be patient with the President.
He said, “Definitely, he is still the best. President Tinubu is still the best man for the job, Nigerians should be patient.
“Normally, if you have a plan, there are obstacles along the line, they are unpredictable; X factor. Something you cannot imagine will happen like a force majeure. That is what is happening and we are going to get it (right).
“Nigerians should just be patient people. Nigerians should give him time. This hunger will last another three months. This government knows how to resolve these problems. They know, how will they not know?”
Speaking further, Ogunlewe said that although he is not surprised by what is happening in the country, he is worried about it. He said that there is no reason why there should be no food in Nigeria. CONTINUE FULL READING>>>>>
