"Many Fulanis Fail to Understand the Wealth Given to Them By God" -According to Sheikh Gumi

More information about the gathering of Fulani leaders from five African countries in Kaduna State to talk about the problems their people are facing has surfaced. Addressing the topic, Sheikh Gumi said, “The situation is that many Fulanis fail to understand the wealth given to them by God. That is why the problem is still persisting.”

Another cleric who spoke to Trust TV at the event, Pastor Yohana Buru, said, “Farmers could not go to farms because of insecurity, and this is why we are complaining today about how expensive food is in this country. If there is security and farmers are able to attend to their farms, these complaints will not exist.”

Nyama Adams, the National Sec. Gan Allah Fulani Development Association, said, “We find it necessary to come together so that we can iron out the differences between herders and farmers in Kaduna State, Plateau, and other states across the country.
