Peterside said in an interview with Arise TV that, in contrast to popular opinion, a committed group of people were given the task rather than only Wigwe’s oldest daughter. He also emphasized how younger family members might be effectively involved in controlling powerful individuals.
In Peterside’s words: “People say you can’t leave all these to his eldest daughter, he did not leave it to her, there is a team. And from my experience, I am older than Herbert by 11 years, sometimes when you bring big men from different walks of life, your young daughter might be more effective in pulling them to do what they need to do than even your wife because she will be calling them uncle, and it will touch them here (heart)”.
