According to a video shared on X, popularly known as Twitter, a man was heard complaining after seeing some persons filling canal in Lekki to build on it.
Reacting after seeing the video, the Lagos State Honorable Commissioner, Ministry of Environment and Water Resources, Tokunbo Wahab tweeted: “This is clearly an illegal construction. The Lagos State Government will take action.”
