The International Conference Centre in Abuja hosted the spectacular wedding reception, which drew a large number of politicians, public servants, and celebrities.
Other notable attendees at the event included Deputy President of the Senate, Jibrin Barau, former First Ladies Turai Yar’Adua and Patience Jonathan, members of the National Assembly, traditional and religious leaders among other dignitaries.

The first lady, Oluremi Tinubu, gave a touching speech at the reception, where she congratulated the couple and wished them a long and happy marriage. She also spoke about the importance of marriage and family in Nigerian society, and urged the couple to set a good example for the young couples.
