2023: Peter Obi won in Wike’s LGA but I and Wike’s CoS made INEC change the results”: According to Marvin Yobana

Former World Assembly of Youths Africa Representative Ambassador Marvin Yobana, a close ally of former Governor Nyesom Wike, has provided information about the events that transpired in Wike’s local government area, Obio-Akpor, during the most recent presidential election.CONTINUE FULL READING>>>>>

In a video shared by Arise TV, Yobana alleged that Peter Obi, the Labour Party presidential candidate, won the highest vote in Obio-Akpor LGA according to official records from INEC. However, he said that he, Wike’s Chief of Staff, and several others protested the results. He said that they shut down the INEC office, insisting that the election was rigged and the results were not correct.

Yobana said that their protest led to INEC changing the original outcome and taking away Peter Obi’s victory in Obio-Akpor.

In Yobana’s words: “It is on record, INEC has a clear record that in Wike’s LGA, Obio-Akpor, it was Peter Obi that won but because I and the Chief of Staff and so many of us went on a protest and shut down INEC office the result was changed.
