Kano State governor Abba Yusuf has received advice from former governor of Kano State and national chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Abdullahi Ganduje, to put the people’s welfare above “baseless” charges. The Kano State government decided to prosecute Ganduje for alleged bribery of N1.38 billion and 413,000 dollars, prompting Ganduje to issue this warning. CONTINUE FULL READING>>>>>

In a report by Punch, Ganduje, through a statement issued by his Chief Press Secretary, emphasized that a recent ruling by the Federal High Court in Kano declared the alleged offense as a federal matter, falling under the jurisdiction of the Attorney General of the Federation (AGF) and the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC)
