The act of betraying someone or something, as well as the fact of being betrayed, constitute betrayal. Nigerians have experienced repeated betrayals from succeeding governments due to broken pledges. In Nigeria, it’s a common belief that those in the political elite will betray one another if it means gaining more power.
Shehu Sani, a controversial activist, expressed his opinion about those who believe they are masters of treachery on his Twitter page.
The former congressman claimed in his remark that people who believe they have a master’s degree in treachery will encounter those who have PhDs and professorships in the subject.
