You Sound Like 10-Years Ago – Uche Maduagwu Drags P-Square Over New Songs

You Sound Like 10-Years Ago – Uche Maduagwu Drags P-Square Over New SongsControversial Nigerian actor Uche Maduagwu has dragged music duo P-Square: Paul and Peter Okoye after they made a debut after many years of separation.

The twins; Paul and Peter Okoye have been separated for years after a misunderstanding. The two came back after resolving their issues a few months ago. Announcing their comeback, P-Square released two songs yesterday titled: Find something and Jaiye.

Nigerian actor Uche Mduagwu has taken to his page to drag the artists a few hours after releasing their two songs. According to Uche, P-Square should have debuted with either Davido or Burna Boy to mark a massive comeback after years of separation.

According to Uche, though the songs released by P-Square are good, they need an upper hand to storm back the music scene. He also stated that the music duo sound like their previous self 10 years ago without any form of change or creativivty.

In his words: “Jaiye is a GOOD song no doubt, but the essence of a big come back debut song is not to remind us that you two can still make good songs, but to overtake others with a NEW entry, which a simple Collabo with Music giants in Africa like Davido or Burnaboy would have achieved gracefully. I guess you guys need a new PR or pay me for music marketing and Strategy Consultation. Every impactful reunion needs a significant Rebranding, but you guys still sound like 10 years ago with Jaiye, have you forgotten that the music game has changed since you guys left? #jaiye“.
