Witness “Kidnappers shot the captives after Amotekun entered bush and shot their leader’s leg”

Omotayo Jolaiya, a witness, revealed what caused kidnappers to kill some victims from her town who were taken on their way back from a journey in a video that Punch just posted.According to Omotayo, one of the victims who was able to flee disclosed what had happened. She added the victim said the kidnappers had offered to free all the hostages if Amotekun, the local security organization, did not step in while the ransom was being paid.CONTINUE FULL READING>>>>>

However, Amotekun operatives stormed the kidnappers’ hideout in the bush and shot the kidnappers’ leader in the leg. In retaliation, one of the kidnappers got furious and began shooting the captives randomly, killing some of them. The survivor explained that the kidnappers assumed he had died but later found out he and a driver were still alive. The kidnappers forced them to carry their injured leader to another location.

As they moved toward the highway, they came across a woman and her children in a house. The kidnappers killed the woman and two of her children, sparing only one. After ransom was paid, the survivor managed to escape with the remaining child
