According to George, it is crucial to address mistakes openly and to handle disciplinary matters transparently, rather than attempting to hide or gloss over issues.
He said in an interview with Arise TV, “There is a problem. No rushing. I am not telling them whether they invite A or B or C—that’s not my business. Whatever they need, they should call a meeting of the National Executive Committee of the party because he himself is still a member of the NEC, and you cannot discipline a member of NEC just off the records.
No, let’s do it transparently so everybody will see it, and it is not—I like what the publicity secretary said that nobody—nobody is bigger than the party. And it is not the private enterprise of any individual. No, there are mistakes that have been made.
