In a tweet on his official X Twitter, Ashraf Sanusi, the son of former Kano Emir Muhammadu Sanusi, called out some Nigerians making fun of his father after he became upset during an homage to Herbert Wigwe, the former Group Chief Executive Officer of Access Holdings Plc. It was alleged that some Nigerians on social media while reacting to Sanusi’s actions made fun of the former Governor of the CBN. Reacting to this, the son of the former Emir of Kano State questioned those making fun of his father. He explained that his father was upset because he lost one of his best friends, noting that it doesn’t warrant getting mocked.
