We Arrested Fafa Who Was Behind The Killing Of Legal Aide Of Ned Nwoko In A Forest In Nasarawa -According to Wike

Details regarding the arrest of Samaila Wakili Fafa, the person accountable for the murder of Ned Nwoko’s legal assistant in a Nasarawa forest, have been made public by FCT Minister Nyesom Wike. He described how Fafa was captured while hiding in the jungle, which was a big step in the fight against kidnapping and violent robberies. He said that there has been a noticeable drop in criminal activity in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) as a result of the arrests of Dahiru, Fafa, and a few of their important friends.

He bemoaned the dearth of tools and resources that security services, especially law enforcement and the Department of State Security Services (DSS) in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), had at their disposal. He disclosed that the FCT DSS command and the police command lacked basic tracking gear.

He said in a media chat with TVC, ”We arrested Fafa who was behind the killing of the legal aide of Ned Nwoko in a forest in Nasarawa. He was hiding in there in the forest and if you see what happened. First of all, we got Dahiru before and then got Fafa. And these are the major sponsors of Kidnapping and other forms of armed robbery. The moment we took two of them and some of their kingpins, that is how you see that the whole thing came down.

It’s unfortunate to say this but most security agencies, in particular, the police here are not adequately equipped. In fact, you can’t believe it that the police command in the FCT does not even have an ordinary tracking device. Not only them, but even the FCT command of the Department of State Security Services doesn’t have the tracking device as well. And the only one that they have is at the headquarters. So if there are things to do, they have to go to the headquarters, which is not supposed to be so.”
