Victor Osimhen currently holds the lead in the AFCON qualifying tournament’s golden boot table with seven goals.

As the Africa Cup of Nations nears its last round of matches, Nigerian star Victor Osimhen is now demonstrating his domination not only in Europe but also in Africa. Osimhen, who led Napoli to the Italian championship last year, has also helped the Super Eagles, the national team of Nigeria, get very close to earning a spot in the Africa Cup of Nations. The Super Eagles are in first place in Group A ahead of Guinea-Bissau thanks to Victor Osimhen, who has scored seven goals and contributed two assists in five qualifying matches. Attacker Sadio Mane of Senegal, who has scored five goals, is not far behind Osimhen.

Dango Quattara, a 21-year-old midfielder for Bournemouth who is from Burkina Faso and has four goals, is now in third position. Victor Osimhen and Sadio Mane presently hold the top slot, though.
