Mauricio Pochettino’s first summer in charge of Chelsea saw positivity both on the pitch with fantastic results over pre-season and a good start to their domestic campaign as well as off it with some brilliant signings along the way. A record fee for Moises Caicedo as well as moves for Nicolas Jackson, Christopher Nkunku and Romeo Lavia have seen the club’s ranks be bolstered after a mass clear-out in the dressing room.
But moves will still be made today. Manchester City’s Cole Palmer is set to arrive at Stamford Bridge while Conor Gallagher could find his way to Tottenham. Elsewhere, Trevoh Chalobah looks set to stay on at Chelsea while Mason Burstow could find himself in a surprise loan move twist playing for AC Milan.

Chelsea recruitment team slammed!
Former Chelsea defender William Gallas has slammed the club’s recruitment team after claiming their heavy focus on signing young players is becoming unhealthy for the club because they need experience to compete for silverware.
“I don’t think Eze would be a good signing for Chelsea,” Gallas told Gambling Zone. “You need a midfielder from a top club, at Chelsea you need to play in every competition, even if they are not in the CL this season, and you have to try to compete with Man City.
“They won’t win the PL because they are not strong enough, but you need players with experience who can help the young players with what they know. The experienced players are the secret to getting results.
“The people who are recruiting at the club need to do that job properly, and I don’t think they are doing that well. They just buy, buy, buy young players.” CONTINUE READING>>>>>
