Tijani missed the whole of last season due to injury.
The 21-year-old will spend the entire 2023/24 season away from his parent club, Red Bull Salzburg as he bids to regain top form.
The midfielder joined Red Bull Salzburg in 2020 and was sent to partner club, Liefering.
Tijani made 18 appearances for Liefering.
The defensive midfielder later spent time on loan at TSV Egger Glas Hartberg, making 16 appearances.
