According to VANGUARD NEWSPAPER, the president made the choice as a result of certain loan borrowers failing to make their payments, hoarding public resources and prohibiting other citizens from taking advantage of them.

Keep in mind that the CBN just started the initiative to boost access to cash and help the country’s rising agricultural production.

However, as a result of some of the people who collected the fund failing to make prompt payments, the president has now instructed security forces to seek individuals who have refused to pay back.

The president’s most recent action was addressed by Shehu Sani in a post that he uploaded on his verified Twitter account on Saturday. He asserted the existence of anchor borrowers and rice pyramids.
