The former chairman of the Ikwerre local government, Samuel Nwanosike, attacked Governor Sim Fubara’s management style in a video that was recently posted by Arise TV. Nwanosike said that some influential figures supporting Fubara are presenting themselves as powerful “warlords” who can chase anyone away from Rivers State. He said the people in the state don’t want any unrest or violence, instead, they are hoping for a peaceful and fair administration where proper procedures are followed.
In Nwanosike’s words: “Fubara is governor, but he will govern us with the constitution of Nigeria. He can’t govern us as a military dictator because some persons are behind him telling him that they are warlords, that they will chase everybody away from Rivers.
