Remember when the Seagulls won 4-1 over newly promoted Luton Town in the first game of the new season? They needed to defeat Wolves on Saturday in order to keep the top spot in the league standings.
Kaoru Mitoma’s left-footed attempt beat the Wolverhampton Wanderers goalie in the 15th minute to give his team a well-deserved lead. The Roberto De Zerbi-led team got off to a great start in the game. With a left-footed shot in the 46th minute, Pervis Estupinan increased the advantage for the visitors. Then, in the 51st, Solly March added a third goal to give his team a commanding lead. Four minutes later, Solly March scored again, and the hosts grabbed a consolation goal in the 64th minute from Hee-Chan Hwang.
