Despite acknowledging the team’s difficulties this season, Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag is optimistic that things will get better. “We are unhappy with the position where we are,” Ten Hag said. “It’s time to score more goals.”

 

 

United have had a rough start to the season, which has put Ten Hag under significant pressure. The club has struggled to find the back of the net in recent games, contributing to their poor run of form. Ten Hag highlighted the importance of improving their attacking play to turn things around, as goals are key to success in football.

The Dutchman, however, is staying calm and focused. He insisted that the team is sticking to their long-term plan and believes the hard work will eventually pay off.

“We stick to the plan, and we are very convinced it will be a success, so we remain calm,” Ten Hag explained.

Injuries have also been a challenge for the squad, with key players like Luke Shaw and Tyrell Malacia out of action. However, Ten Hag noted some positive developments, with Noussair Mazraoui returning to training, providing a boost for the team as they look to get back on track.
