The test exercise is in fulfillment of the NPFL requirements for player registration for the season.
The exercise took place at an unnamed medical facility in Enugu under the supervision of the team doctor, Dr. Wen Udorji.
Dr Udorji said the test was a routine medical check, cardiovascular and general body examination to ascertain the fitness of the players.
All the newly recruited and the retained Flying Antelopes players went through the medical check-up.
Rangers will kick-start their NPFL campaign against Doma United.
