He referred to recent revelations that President Tinubu’s image with King Charles was used to obscure his emergency medical treatment in London.

In a statement issued in Abuja, Ameh expressed disappointment that, despite the APC administration’s claims of prioritizing healthcare, President Tinubu’s secretive medical trip abroad highlights the deficiencies in Nigeria’s health infrastructure.

He noted that despite the expenditure of N52 billion by the two successive APC administrations, the President felt compelled to seek medical care outside Nigeria.

Ameh raised concerns about national security and sovereignty, arguing that the President’s choice to receive medical treatment abroad not only jeopardizes national security but also undermines Nigeria’s sovereignty.

He further stated that the continued renovation of the Aso Rock Clinic represents a glaring example of misplaced priorities and endemic corruption.

He said, “Despite spending a whopping N31 billion on renovations under President Buhari, the clinic remains in a deplorable state, unable to cater to the health needs of our President.

“In a shocking display of extravagance, President Tinubu has deemed it fit to spend an additional N21 billion on further renovations, bringing the total expenditure to a staggering N52 billion. This is a clear case of budgetary overhead and a slap in the face of Nigerians who continue to suffer from inadequate healthcare.

“Furthermore, the repeated budget overhead on renovating Aso Rock Clinic has failed to yield any positive outcomes for the hospital.”CONTINUE FULL READING>>>>>
