Ose Anenih opens up that Tinubu and Atiku will face off against one other in the election if the court orders a rerun, leaving behind Peter ObiThe recent presidential election’s three main candidates are involved in a legal dispute, according to Ose Anenih, the PDP PCC’s deputy director of polling.

In an interview with the media, he stated that the APC’s Bola Tinubu and the PDP’s Atiku Abubakar would face off in a repeat of the election if the court were to order one.After stating that Bola Tinubu was ineligible to run for president of Nigeria, he said that it was up to the court to do what was right and eject Tinubu from the race. “He also didn’t win the election legally, and he has to be disqualified, but if the court fails to disqualify him, then a rerun should be conducted between Tinubu and Atiku who are the top two contestants of the election”.

Additionally, he said that the INEC chairman had personally assured him that the election would be conducted properly and that all results would be uploaded to the BVAS, but that he afterwards broke his promise and let down Nigerians.
