A Chieftain of the All Progressive Congress, Dr. Cairo Ojougboh has alleged that the Deputy Senate President, Ovie Omo Agege entered an agreement with the Obidients in Delta state to support Peter Obi, the Labour Party candidate in the Presidential election. Continue Your Reading>>>

The Delta APC Chieftain accused Ovie Omo Agege of working against the long time aspiration of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

He alleged that Tinubu not getting 25 percent in the state was because of the Anti-party game played by Omo Agege. He explained further that the Obidients in Delta State didn’t want Omo Agege to display the background agreement between both parties.

And that this was why posters of Obi with Omo Agege were destroyed in the Major cities in the State. Dr. Cairo claimed that the party at the centre has seen the evidence of anti-party played by Omo Agege in his pursuit to be Delta state governor. Continue Your Reading>>>

He said, ”By December 2022, Omo Agege entered an agreement with the Obidient to campaign for Peter Obi in Delta system So that when the governorship elections come, Peter Obi and his people will work for him.

The Obi people were very embarrassed that Omo Agege had to post tags of himself and Peter Obi. They went and cut off Peter Obi in the poster. That is an hallmark of Anti-party.

If you look at the photograph he took with the obedient, I reported it to the party at the central that Omo Agege is not working for Bola Tinubu. And you could see the result, Tinubu could not get 25% in Delta State because of Omo Agege.”
