Okutepa, one of the Lead Counsels representing the Labour Party and Peter Obi at the tribunal, insisted in a series of tweets posted on his Twitter handle on Wednesday evening that while the court delivered judgment on the cases challenging the election outcome, it failed to deliver justice.
Okutepa criticizes the difficulties that most petitioners confront when attempting to obtain essential electoral records from the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to build their arguments in court.
