NEF spokesperson responds after Igbo woman threatens to prevent him from visiting his home because of comments on the 2023 election
Dr. Hakeem Baba Ahmed, the Arewa Northern Elders Forum’s official spokesman, has shared his opinions regarding the recent threat made against him by a woman who speaks Igbo.

It appears that Dr. Hakeem had earlier urged Nigerians to respect the election process and urged the court to value its historic rule in a tweet. But the woman, who spoke Igbo, vowed to block him if she ever saw another message like that. She would not only block the NEF Spokesperson on Twitter but will also block him at his home if she receives any additional such messages since, in her opinion, the situation in Nigeria at the moment is enough to make her angry.
Dr. Hakeem responded while picturing the Igbo lady arriving at his home furious.
He stated:
“I suspected it was not my wahala, but I needed to be sure.Imagine this person turning up on your doorstep angry. You cant ask him/her in, and you cant send it away. You dont want the neighbours to see it there shouting at you either. Thank God for blocking option.
