Governor Alex Otti reported finding 50 decomposing bodies and 20 headless corpses in nearby forests and markets. He described this raid as a critical revelation, showing just a glimpse of the possible horrors lying in other wooded areas of the region.
According to Vanguard, The Governor said, “We have installed electronic equipment that tells us what is happening in every part of the state. A few weeks ago, we found that a lot of ransom paid for kidnapping ended up somewhere around Umunneochi, and we decided to raid the place.
