According to Daily Post, this action came after the activist had raised concerns on social media about a potential plot by security agencies to detain and frame him.

On Saturday, Sowore alleged that efforts were being made to track him down and falsely accuse him.

He stated, “Yeah! All around in my hometown, they’re tryin’ to track me down, yeah! They say they want to bring me in guilty.

However Babylon must fall! #FearlessInOctober.”

The arrest triggered significant attention and response from the public and legal community.

Constitutional lawyer Deji Adeyanju confirmed Sowore’s release, stating, “Omoyele Sowore released, passport returned to him.

Aluta continua.” Sowore’s passport was returned to him following his release, and he has been allowed to continue his activities without further detention.

This incident has added to the ongoing discussions about political dissent and the role of security agencies in Nigeria.CONTINUE FULL READING>>>>>
