According to a recent post on Football London, with the transfer window deadline rapidly approaching, Chelsea are allegedly linked with a “shock” deal for Jadon Sancho, a Manchester United reject. The England international has fallen out of favor at United, as boss Erik ten Hag has opted to start other players so far this season. It’s unclear, though, if they would want to sell him at such a late date.
Man Utd are considering moving for Hojbjerg.
According to reports, Manchester United is considering a surprise deal for Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg of Tottenham in the final week of the transfer window. Before the deadline on Friday, Erik ten Hag is in a race against time to add another midfielder. Hojbjerg might nonetheless join United if the Old Trafford team takes this week’s trade seriously, claims the Daily Telegraph. After having the shortcomings in that part of the field exposed this season, Ten Hag is eager to add another midfielder.
Hagi departs for Spain from Rangers
Ianis Hagi, a midfielder for Rangers, has signed a season-long loan agreement with LaLiga team Alaves. The Romanian international has made just four starts since returning from a major knee injury in January, despite having scored 16 goals in 99 outings for Rangers.
