In a post via his Twitter handle, Inibehe Effiong claimed that he would like to know the case(s) in which the issue of Tinubu’s forfeiture was settled.
He wrote, “The Constitution does not require a candidate to win two-thirds of the states and the FCT.”
It only requires one-quarter (25%) in 2/3 of the states and the FCT. However, I’ll like to know the case(s) in which the issue of Tinubu’s forfeiture was settled.
“We should be circumspect,” he said.
