Victor Ogene said that he joined the APGA because of Peter Obi, and that was when Peter Obi was the governor of Anambra state. In his words, he said “I joined the APGA because of Peter Obi, then I later left the APGA and joined the Labour party immediately after he joined the Labour party to contest for presidency”. Undoubtedly, because of the influence of Peter Obi, Victor Ogene was able to win his election to become a member-elect of the house of representatives in Nigeria.
