Remember that, according to the Independent National Electoral Commission, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, a former governor of Lagos State and national leader of the All Progressives Congress, defeated other top candidates to win the top political position in the nation, including Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso of the New Nigeria Peoples Party and Peter Obi of the Labour Party.

The presidential candidates of the Labour Party, Peter Obi and that of the Peoples Democratic Party, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar challenged the victory of Bola Ahmed Tinubu in the Presidential Election Tribunal in Abuja and their petitions have been struck out by the court yesterday.

Governor Dapo Abiodun stated on his verified Facebook page; “We extend our heartfelt congratulations to President @officialasiwajubat and Vice President Kashim Shettima on their resounding victory at the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal held today.”

He added; “The judgment delivered by the tribunal was characterized by its soundness, meticulous detail, and comprehensive analysis.”

The All Progressives Congress Chieftain stated further; “The judges presiding over the matter displayed exceptional courage and dedication in the execution of their duties. The tribunal’s verdict stands as a resounding affirmation of the trust and confidence placed in President Tinubu by the Nigerian populace, as vividly demonstrated in the outcome of the presidential election.” CONTINUE READING>>>>>
