Afrobeats singing sensation, Adedamola Adefolahan, better known by his stage name Fireboy DML has revealed what happened after he dropped out of school.
The buzzing Nigerian recording artiste and 2022 BET Awards nominee in an interview with renowned TV presenter and social media personality with Zeze Millz opened up on what he did next after he left school.
In a chat with Zeze Millz, the The YBNL Nation prodigy and ‘Peru’ hit-maker revealed that, after he dropped out of school, he informed his father he wanted move to Lagos to chase his dreams.
According to him, his father made him sign an undertaking. Fireboy DML stated that, he signed an undertaking to always obey his father and after two years, if he does not blow then he would do whatever is asked of him.
Meanwhile: Veteran Nigerian recording and performing artiste, Inetimi Timaya Odon, known within the showbiz circles as Timaya in 2005 released his first ever studio album.
The multiple award winning musician and entertainer, Timaya is celebrating 17 years anniversary of his maiden album captioned, ”True Story”. The “Dem Mama” hit-maker on Wednesday, August 10, 2022 took to his official social media page to share the artwork of his first album describing the body of work as a classic.
Timaya also asked his followers to choose their favorite track from the 11 tracked project. “17 years ago, I dropped this classic, whats your favourite track off the album?#TrueStory,” he wrote. Screenshot below.
