An All Progressives Congress (APC) leader and the Federal Minister of State for Labour and Employment in Nigeria, Festus Keyamo, took a detour to deny claims that the PDP won the presidential election with more than 4 million votes, asserting that the party is staging a comedy skit while defending his petition against the Labour Party’s vice presidential candidate.
This statement, however, came after the Channels TV interviewer Seun Okinbaloye said that the PDP presidential campaign team had asserted that their party had collected more than 4 million votes to win the election.

“That is the comedy of the century; where did they obtain that number from? Where are the tabulations. Everyone knew about the tragic disaster that would occur in the PDP case, but they were blind to it. How did they hope to win when they divided a single thread into three, further dwindling it after the G-5 withdrew from the event? At this point, they want to create a figure from scratch.
