Falana, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria, also requested that the police provide details of the allegations against Ajaero, including criminal conspiracy, terrorism financing, treasonable felony, subversion, and cybercrime. This request is in line with Section 36 of the Nigerian Constitution, which guarantees the right to fair hearing.
In a letter to the Inspector General of Police, Falana emphasized that Ajaero is willing to cooperate with the police but needs more information about the allegations against him.
