Chelsea defender Ben Chilwell has admitted that he and his teammates must put chances away and be clinical to turn results around in the coming weeks, following defeat to Nottingham Forest. He told the official Chelsea website: “Every game we have controlled possession and the majority of matches we have played well. Chelsea were offered the chance to sign Jadon Sancho from Manchester United this summer as part of discussions over Marc Cucurella, according to recent reports.
It comes as the winger missed out on the squad to face Arsenal over the weekend, being singled out by his manager Erik ten Hag. The Dutch coach claimed that Sancho wasn’t part of the team due to his training, bringing into question his form during the week leading up to the game.
