Eguavoen is warned by former Super Eagles coach Finidi about how the NFF treated him.

According to OwnGoalNigeria, former Super Eagles coach Finidi George talked candidly about his turbulent exit from the team in June and the appalling treatment he received from the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF). Finidi, who lasted just two games as permanent coach, expressed his disappointment and frustration with the lack of support and trust from the NFF. Despite his efforts to turn the team around, Finidi felt isolated and unvalued, leading to his eventual departure.

“I felt disrespected by the NFF,” Finidi revealed. “They didn’t give me the support I needed, and instead, were already looking for my replacement behind my back. It was a difficult situation, and I didn’t want to continue in a place where I wasn’t wanted.”

Finidi’s warning to Eguavoen comes as the latter enjoys a successful start to his tenure, with a convincing 3-0 win over Benin Republic. However, Finidi’s experience serves as a reminder of the NFF’s unpredictable nature and the importance of a united front.

Finidi’s revelation sheds light on the inner workings of the NFF and the challenges faced by coaches in the organization. As Eguavoen looks to build on his success, he would do well to heed Finidi’s warning and navigate the complex dynamics of the NFF with caution.CONTINUE FULL READING>>>>>
