Adai claimed that he led one of the strongest PDP support groups, and that group had a primary winner; however, Jandor had changed the name of the victorious candidate to a lesser one. Adai questioned if anti-party activities was not also being committed by Jandor. He said.
Jandor himself that is talking, I remember vividly…a candidate in my support group who won a primary election in Lagos State, his name was removed by this same Jandor…Would that amount to anti-party activity? If I am going to hold that against him, that is also an anti-party activity.”
Adai essentially accused Jandor of undermining the party’s chances by fielding a weaker gubernatorial candidate who lost, while hypocritically criticizing others for perceived disloyalty.
