Popular comedienne Warri Pikin has reacted to the backlash she received after actress Etinosa called her out over her condolence visit video.
Social media users woke up to the news of the sudden demise of Nollywood actress Ada Ameh. The actress was said to have slumped and died a few hours after posting her visit to the house of a business mogul in Delta state.
After the death of actress Ada Ameh, a few loved ones and celebrities trooped to the house to pay a condolence visit to the family. One of the people who visited was Warri Pikin. She was seen being recorded by her P. A while walking in, signing the book of condolence and also greeting family members.
Etinosa came out to lambast the comedienne for filming herself while going for a condolence visit. She wrote on her story:
“I feel we can all drop our phones and cameras and really do the condolence visit we came for. Imagine me seeing someone recording himself or herself coming to my father’s house for condolence. Let’s all be emotional. Sensitive, emotionally involved, and emotionally genuine. Not everything is content. Well. I guess we all grieve differently.“
Real Warri Pikin has responded to the criticisms from her colleague and social media users. According to her, there is a reason why she filmed her visit to Ada Ameh’s house. In her words: “I appreciate the few pipo who understand the reason for my video“
