In China, a man from Nigeria was taken into custody. Later on Wednesday, a Nigerian who is suspected of being the head of a global drug ring that resulted in the arrest of twelve South Korean nationals overseas will be extradited to South Korea from China to stand trial for drug smuggling and other offenses, according to officials. According to Yonhap News on Wednesday, officials from the Ministry of Justice quoted Obioha Frank Chinedu, 41, who is suspected of smuggling cocaine and hemp carried by South Korean passengers, primarily young ladies, who were lured by Chinedu’s offers to cover all of their trip expenditures. Twelve Koreans, comprising two men and ten women, were apprehended in Brazil, the Netherlands, Britain, and Japan.
