BREAKING: 20-year-old suspect: “I killed my father with a rope and used a knife to remove the parts.”

It was reported that the ugly incident was reported in a statement from the office of the Corps’ State Commander, Soji Ganzallo, and communicated through the Director of Information and Public Relations, Assistant Commander Moruf Yusuf.

According to the statement, on Thursday, August 31st, 2023, around noon, while on a routine patrol in Oshoku Village within the Ijebu North Local Government Area of the state, So-Safe Corps officers heard unusual noise coming from a building and concerned by the development, they entered the building to investigate, only to discover a lifeless man in a pool of his own blood, as the alleged killer had already fled the scene.

In response to this, Soji Ganzallo instructed the Zonal Commander of the Ijebu Zonal Command, ACC Marcus Ayankoya, to ensure the arrest of the suspected killer, Ridwan, within 24 hours. And fortunately, Ridwan was eventually found hiding in a nearby bush.

During questioning, Ridwan confessed to the gruesome murder of his father, Ishau, as he also revealed that he used a rope to strangle him and a knife to remove specific body parts he needed, as per the instructions that were given to him by a ritualist, Baba Kekere.

He said, “I killed my father with rope and used knife to remove the parts I needed. I took his father’s privat£ part, larynx, and four teeth.”

However, when he was asked about the whereabouts of the ritualist, Ridwan refused to provide any information about him.

Consequently, he has been handed over to the Nigeria Police Force, Ogbere Police Divisional headquarters for further investigation and prosecution. CONTINUE READING>>>>>
