He claimed that Nigerians both at home and outside have been debating the state of the economy in great detail in a post he made on his verified X profile on Sunday. According to him, the President’s inadequate handling of the economic difficulties is creating the conditions for a more severe and protracted financial catastrophe.
He said for Tinubu and his political appointees to mask their failures, they have been blaming his predecessor for leaving behind a “dead” economy.
The former Vice President of Nigeria wrote on his page;
“To mask their failures, BAT and his political appointees are busy blaming his predecessor in office for bequeathing a ‘dead’ economy.
