Aston Villa hosted Everton at their home stadium following their 5-1 loss to Newcastle, and it was a challenging and engaging 90 minutes of play for both teams.

John McGinn scores the game’s first goal, their second of the year, after 14 minutes of play. After Jordan Pickford missed a penalty, Douglas Luiz extended Aston Villa’s advantage, and this was enough to give Aston Villa a 2-0 victory.

Everton makes a valiant effort to come back into the game, but they are unsuccessful. With his third goal of the contest, Leon Bailey makes it simpler for Aston Villa to secure a 3-0 victory. Jhon Duran scores Aston Villa’s fourth goal shortly after being brought in to replace Ollie Watkins.
